Where do you deliver?

We only deliver to the UK. However, if you live outside the UK and want to purchase one of our products, get in touch and we'll do our best to make it possible.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free for all our products.

How long until I get my order?

Processing times vary depending on the product (see individual products), and this is different from the shipping time. Shipping time for all products is 2-4 business days. Our orders are generally sent out via Royal Mail (2nd class), and larger parcels are generally sent out via Parcelforce or APC Overnight.

All our lampshades are hand-made to order. The processing time for most lampshades (with or without a lamp base) is 1-2 weeks. For bespoke lampshades such as maps, and Crawia lampshades, the processing time is 2-3 weeks. Please let us know if you have a deadline and we’ll do everything we can to meet it.

Can I change the delivery address?

Of course! If you haven't received a dispatch notification email letting you know that your order is on its way, get in touch with us to let us know the new address. If your order has been dispatched, you can follow the tracking link and request a change of address. However, if it is being delivered by Royal Mail (usually lampshades under 40cm diameter in size), the address can't be changed once it's in transit.

Where is my delivery?

You will receive an email with a tracking link once the order has been dispatched. If you have any issues at all, please get in touch.

Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?

Absolutely! There's an option to pick up the order from our pink shed in Y Felinheli when you checkout. If you tick the 'Pick up' option, we will send you and email when the product is ready for collection to arrange a pick up time.

What if I don't like the product?

We hope you'll love your Gola order! But in the unlikely event of you receiving damaged goods due to transit issues, or that you no longer want it, we will gladly accept returns. See our Refund policy.
